If you both aren't communicating, the anger can start to build up. Be an adult and recognize that it's okay for adults to agree to disagree. You are going to have different opinions and ways of doing things. The bottom line is that it's all about communication. You will have to come to some kind of conclusion, but you will have to support the other one to have a common support.
